Lataroma

Since I can drive motorcycle by myself, I always like to spend my time alone. Wasting my time in bookstore for 1-2 hours and ended up buying nothing. Browsing trough random stuff online on my phone browser for hours in random cafe, only bought one glass of beverage. Window shopping, trying clothes, entering every single store in mall and ended up buying nothing, alone. Or just driving around the town while listening the same playlist over and over again.

And I hate if I met somebody that I know when doing all those stuff. I don't like my me time to be interrupted by random unnecessary chit-chat. So, the quieter, the better.

I'm glad that I found this small coffee shop (that located far from my friend's radar, minimize the chances to meet them). I don't mind to drive 10 km away, or thirty minutes away from my home.

This beautiful place called Lataroma are located in Villa Bukit Tidar C1 - 042, Malang. They didn't have exact operating hours, so whenever you want to visit this place, you can check their Instagram account first.

I didn't know much about coffee brewing (I love drinking coffee, but still in the middle of learning about manual brewing and stuff) but their coffee taste suit my taste. They have several option of coffee beans and brewing method. They also offer some side dish to accompany your visit.

They didn't offer much space but the small place make the vibe more intimate; you can have small talks with the barista while waiting for your order to be brewed. Or if you just being as awkward as me, you can just wait and enjoy the smell of the coffee that lingering around the place.

If I'm not mistaken, the price range are around 15K - 25K -ish for the coffee. Gonna update the menu list in this post if I go there again. I tried their mochaccino and it taste so good that I regret that I finish it way too quickly. And I always have a things for nice choice of tableware (they have a nice collection of cup and glass).

Small details never fail to make me keep coming back to places. This coffee shop have so many little details that just, beautiful. Or Instagramable, people said oh God how I hate that word.
